Icon Talent was born from the need to seek talent in specific areas, such as technology, a very heated and specific market.
We were born as a company focused on recruitment and selection, consulting, coaching and mentoring of IT professionals. Icon's founders are in the Technology area and have great experience as managers, which makes the selection process more assertive and agile. Of course they also count as a large network of relationships created.
We demystified the technology and performed from the technical discussion, alignment and behavioral profile, in addition to the approval of the profile with the areas involved, preparation of technical tests, application of behavioral tests to negotiation with candidates. After hiring we provide feedback with employees to ensure the satisfaction of the candidate and the company.
