Skills And Qualifications
Required
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher certification. Mandatory
- Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA) or Fortinet Certification or higher certification.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience as a network administrator.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco networking protocols, technologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco routers and switches.
- Strong understanding of firewall configuration and administration.
- Experience with VPN technologies, including site-to-site and remote access VPNs.
- Knowledge of routing protocols.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Ability to implement and manage security policies on firewalls.
- Understanding of security concepts and best practices.
- Experience in analyzing network vulnerabilities and implementing security measures.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve network issues promptly.
- Ability to analyze network performance and recommend improvements.
- Fluent English
