About the role
This role combines solid ServiceNow Platform Administrator and ITSM skills, with experience in integrating ServiceNow with other platforms. This position will also be a backup to CMDB, SecOps and Discovery related subjects.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for platform Manageability, Performance, Security and Upgradeability.
- Lead ServiceNow upgrade projects.
- Lead instance cloning activities.
- Create and maintain the required internal ServiceNow documentation.
- Manage and Commit update sets.
- Manage the ServiceNow Users and Groups.
- Execute the platform maintenance tasks defined on internal documents.
- Resolve platform related Incidents.
- Implement and support the required ServiceNow integrations.
- Implement changes and support the ITSM solution.
- Work in partnership with other ServiceNow Team members.
- Be a backup person to CMDB, SecOps and Discovery related activities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration and Integrations
- Experience working with ITSM
- Knowledge at GRC, Discovery, CMDB and SecOps will be considered diferentials
- Advanced English
